Linda Yao brings more than 15 years of Fortune 500 company experience to her position as chief operating officer and head of strategy for Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG). She is currently building the artificial intelligence (AI) services practice for SSG, an advisory and professional services solution that helps businesses find the right AI strategy and deploy it fast. A bilingual problem-solver fluent in Mandarin and English, Linda earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Harvard and an engineering certificate from MIT.
